Your assignment:
- End-to-end control of the entire recruiting process, from the covering letter of the candidates up to the presentation to the companies
- Search and approach of qualified candidates in our network
- Care of candidates and proactive candidate acquisition and support
- Conducting telephone interviews with applicants
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies or apprenticeship in the commercial sector, also IT systems management assistant (m/f)
- Structured, independent working method
- Willingness to assume responsibility
- Online affinity and very good handling of social networks
- Open, communicative personality
- Very good German and good English skills
