Paul Sondermann

Paul Sondermann, B.Sc. Business Administration (LMU Munich), works at Digilents as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in e-commerce, digitalisation, and artificial intelligence. He advises clients on role definition, critically challenges job requirements, and provides structured guidance throughout the entire recruitment process through to successful placement. Prior to graduating, Paul gained eighteen months of hands-on experience as a Founders Associate at an e-commerce start-up, where he contributed to the development of digital business models. He subsequently deepened this entrepreneurial background through independent ventures before bringing his expertise to FOSTEC & Company and Digilents in 2026. His approach goes beyond filling positions: he challenges the brief, questions whether the role sought genuinely addresses the underlying business need, and works with clients to develop the right solution.
