Through a previous consulting project with our customers, potentials in e-commerce were discovered that the customer wanted to exploit quickly. The particular challenge: Within one month, a complete e-commerce team was to support our customer in order to directly increase growth in the e-commerce sales channel.
In order to fill the key positions immediately and not lose any time, we have decided to rely on experienced interim managers from our network who we have already worked together in a team. This allowed us to ensure that the project could start without much coordination and training. In this case, our client benefited from the well-rehearsed team and from our large network. Within one month we were able to fill the key positions (Head of eCommerce, Marketplace Manager, Head of Online Marketing and Project Manager IT).
