Challenge:
Our customer has agreed on an e-commerce strategy that pursues the goal of sustainable and long-term growth in digital sales channels. The implementation of the strategy also required organizational changes in order to enable rapid and conflict-free growth in terms of sales channels. It quickly became clear that the ambitious goals in this new business segment could only be achieved with an experienced e-commerce manager. He brings with him both the technical competence and the speed of implementation and resilience necessary to establish a new business segment in an established company.
Procedure:
With our client we decided in this particular case to consciously look for an executive who thinks and acts entrepreneurially and can guarantee rapid non-political implementation. The search was therefore focused on the several years of experience in own business start-ups in eCommerce. Since addressing company founders is particularly challenging from a corporate point of view, the candidates were approached directly via our own network in the start-up sector.
